Deposit and NO show/cancelation policy Deposit requirement for new guest

A $50-dollar nonrefundable deposit will be taken for new guest before any appt over 1hr long can be made. This deposit will be applied to your services on the scheduled date. New guest is anyone who is new to our salon/ has not received services in the last 6 months/ has a history of previous no shows or last-minute cancellations

Cancelations/No shows/ reschedules 48hr noticed required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Any deposit for an appointment WILL NOT be credited towards future services in the event of a NO SHOW or cancelled with less that 48hr notice prior. Any deposit for an appointment WILL be credited to future appointments if rescheduled or cancelled 48hrs prior.

We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so 48hrs prior to scheduled time. This ensures that we can rebook the stylist with another guest who may be on a cancelation list. We thank you for your understanding and continued support of our local business.
